Kyoto Katsugyu opened its first store in Kyoto in 2014. Soon after the first store opened, it ranked the first place on Japanese Twitter search list. In the same year, it set a record of 25,000,000 searches in Japan; Hong Kong branch follows the original recipe, using Japanese dry bread crumbs, flour and egg batter to copy the specified golden ratio. Steak will be fried at 190 degrees Celsius until golden in an instant crisp, so that the meat steaks can be served on the table to find the perfect tenderness.
