Cafe Deco Group VIP Card ("the VIP Card") - Terms & Conditions:
- Applicants for the VIP card must be over 18 years of age. Cafe Deco Group reserves the right to request for proof of age and address before processing applications.
- Subject to availability, VIP cardholders shall enjoy priority seating and booking at participating restaurants of Cafe Deco Group.
- Cafe Deco Group has the right to charge members a membership fee after the first 12 months membership for continuation of membership upon prior written notification to the CDG VIP cardholders. Failure to pay membership fee on due dates will result in automatic termination of membership.
- Each individual is entitled to hold one CDG VIP card membership at any one time.
- The CDG VIP card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
- For corporate and sales events held at participating venues, a maximum of HKD 50,000 (equivalent to 5,000 CDG dining credits) will be credited to the VIP member’s account, upon request.
- The CDG VIP card is not a credit card and no credit facilities will be offered to the CDG VIP members.
- The promotions and privileges offered by Cafe Deco Group are to be used at the Group’s participating outlets, or at those of the Cafe Deco Group programme’s Partners where applicable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Cafe Deco Group has the right to decline applications, re-issue or terminate a CDG VIP card account at any time with or without cause.
- Cafe Deco Group reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions of the CDG VIP Program, or to terminate the VIP Program at any time without prior notice.
- The CDG VIP card is issued by and remains the property of Cafe Deco Group during the term of the CDG VIP card membership.
- The CDG VIP card is for the use of the registered cardholder only. It is non-transferable.
- One CDG Dining Credit can be earned for every 10 Hong Kong Dollars spent at participating Cafe Deco Group’s restaurants and bars.
- Dining credits can be redeemed when a minimum of 600 dining credits has been accumulated on the day of the redemption and can only be redeemed with at least 600 Dining Credits for each redemption. It is the responsibility of the VIP member to ensure that he/she has adequate Dining Credits available for redemption. Eligible redemption will be based on the CDG Dining Credit balance and the redemption or conversion promotions available from time to time as outlined in the VIP section of the Cafe Deco Group website.
- Dining Credits earned are for the cardholder’s benefit only and cannot be transferred to a third party or another CDG VIP card. CDG VIP members cannot combine Dining Credits with any other account and the Dining Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Cafe Deco Group is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Dining Credits.
- If Cafe Deco Group makes an exception to the redemption rules for any reason, this does not constitute its having waived any of its future rights to administer the Program according to the set of existing redemption rules.
- Accumulating Dining Credits by purchasing them in order to redeem a reward is strictly prohibited.
- CDG VIP Program benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Cafe Deco Group.
- If Cafe Deco Group is unable to confirm that Dining Credits were properly issued or earned, we reserve the right to refuse recording or honouring them for redemption.
- It is a VIP member’s responsibility to check the VIP section of the Cafe Deco Group’s website regularly for any update and/or change on the Terms and Conditions and new promotion and redemption offers.
- If no Dining Credit has been recorded in a VIP member’s account for 12 months or more, we may terminate the said account. Upon termination of the account, the CDG VIP membership will be deactivated and cancelled without prior notice.
- All Dining Credits will expire at the end of the anniversary month in which the VIP card is issued. Example: For a VIP card that is issued on 24th November 2015; all dining credits earned from 24th November 2015 would expire on 30th November2016 and every year afterwards.
- At any time during his/her membership term, when a VIP member is found to have committed fraud, misrepresented any information, or violated any of the CDG VIP Card’s Terms and Conditions, abused the VIP Program privileges or, in any other way, acted to the detriment of our Group or any affiliates or suppliers of the Program, we may, without affecting our other rights, terminate the membership and cancel all the CDG Dining Credits earned.
Cafe Deco Group reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding this VIP Program.
